1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Blockivox: Echo Puzzle on devices you own, for private entertainment. All rights to the game, its name, artwork, music and code remain with Lovehook.

2. Fair play

Do not decompile, modify, automate or tamper with the game or any future online services, and do not misrepresent scores. We may invalidate results produced by tampering.

3. Purchases and ads

• All in-app purchases are cosmetic or convenience items; none grant a gameplay advantage.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's refund policies.
• Rewarded ads are always optional; watching one is never required to progress.

4. Availability

The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may update, change or discontinue features (including any future online features) at any time.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lovehook shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer law in your country.

6. Privacy

Use of the game is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always available on this page with its effective date. Continued play after an update constitutes acceptance.
